Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the TokenQuu platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the TokenQuu platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

2. Description of Service

TokenQuu is a multi-tenant queue management platform that provides kiosk ticket generation, digital display boards, counter management, analytics, and related features. The service is provided on a subscription basis ("Software as a Service").

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at registration.
• All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes where applicable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as stated on the pricing page. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data or system components
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Transmit malware, spam, or other malicious content
• Exceed the resource limits of your subscription plan intentionally
• Resell or sublicense the service without our express written consent

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the platform (queue data, customer records, branch configurations). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the service to you. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of TokenQuu and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.

9. Uptime & Service Availability

We aim to maintain high platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, third-party infrastructure, etc.).

10. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenQuu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where the service is operated.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
