3. Token & Queue Data

Queue tokens, customer flow data, and analytics generated through the platform belong to the tenant (your organisation). We process this data solely to deliver the service. We do not sell or share token data with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

5. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data (if configured by your super-admin) may set cookies from third-party services such as Google Analytics.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
