How do I get started with TokenQuu?
Register for a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. Once you're in, follow the setup wizard to create your first branch, add services, and configure your counter stations and kiosks.
Can I use the platform on multiple branches?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple branches from a single admin dashboard. Each branch can have its own services, counters, kiosks, and display screens.
What happens when my trial ends?
After the 14-day trial, your account moves to a restricted state. You can subscribe to any plan to regain full access. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion if no plan is selected.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
Yes. For large organisations or specific requirements, contact us using the form above and select "Custom Plan / Enterprise" as the subject. We'll put together a tailored proposal.
Is the API available on all plans?
API access is a plan feature. Check the pricing page to see which plans include API access, or contact us if you need it added to a specific plan.
How is data backed up and secured?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We perform regular automated backups and our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers.
